Why we started
After years inside large institutions, we saw a gap. Business owners and founders were often handed to junior teams, pushed through generic processes, and left uncertain about whether they were truly getting the best advice. We built Kelvara Capital to do the opposite.
Today, our team combines investment banking, private equity, and operating experience to guide clients through the most important transactions of their careers. We keep our team intentionally small so partners stay close to every engagement.

Founder-led from day one
For more than 25 years, I have worked inside small, medium, and large companies as a CEO and President, leading the transactions that shaped their futures. Over that time, I directly advised 7 transactions representing more than $235 million in aggregate value — experience earned on the operating side of the table, not from the sidelines.
